Practicing Professional Engineering in Ontario

To independently practice engineering or call yourself an engineer in Ontario, individuals must hold the Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation. This casual session will focus on describing the steps and processes involved in pursuing the P.Eng designation in Ontario. The various resources and network opportunities available through Professional Engineers Ontario and the Ontario Society of Professional Engineers to support international engineering graduates pursuing their P.Eng. designation will also be a focus of discussion.

Adeilton is a professional engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering from Brazil, his engineering work experience is in the industries of Pulp & Paper and LRT Transportation.

Adeilton joined PEO in October 2016 in the role of EIT & Student Programs Coordinator providing guidance and support for the EIT Program, the Student Membership Program (SMP) and the Licensure Assistance Program (LAP).
